Is This A Good Deal On A 182?

Been looking around now for the past two weeks for a 182 (yes the time has finnaly arrived) and have came across this lovley one yesterday.

Went for a view and found it to be in good nick.

Its an 04 plate. with 40,000 miles on it, one owner from new.

All the features such as climate, cruise control, Headlight washers etc.

Its advitised at £6000 which seems pretty good to me.

Its the 5th one down (Black/Gold) Is there anythink I should look out for before I say yes to this?

Its all ready been HPi'd and it all seems clean, for milage and price this seeems a good deal, am i not correct lol?

Seems like a good price to me, i am looking at trophys and they are 8k with 30k on so 6k seems good.

Low 7's will get you in to a Trophy with ~ 50k miles.
