Is this normal :S (pics inside)



  Golf GTD Mk7
Changed the springs to eibach pros a few weeks ago, car drives spot on, but the top mounts look different.

On full lock;

Is this normal? They used to sit completely flat.

Not sure mate, I would think there should be some movement tho.

Someone will be able to say fo sho.

They will move around like that on full lock, this is what causes the knocking. I'd say they're normal enough as long as the top mount is seated right and the cars not behaving as it shouldn't I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Thanks for the replies guys.

Should they be raised though when the wheels are straight though? They used to sit flush? Has this got something to do with the slightly lower ride hight of the springs? :S
