Itb's opening to much?? and where to get these bolts (pics)



I've had an air leak coming in past my throttel body's so today i decided to take them off
I got to this point and noticed the problem

those little allen bolts, all but 2 were loose, they are i think to short, so want to know where i can get the longer version of the bolts, (i dont know the size e.t.c)

The we have this, at almost full throttle

and at full throttle, the butterfly's go past center, why? shall i adjust this out?

And my old v's new trumpets, 50mm length vs 60mm length, and the obvious taper diffrence

bolts are M5 (any fasterer supplier in the country would have told you that ;) )

throttles open to 88degrees and not the full 90 by design. It's on the jenvey website if you want to take a look. They're not going past center, they're stopping just short. I have a set infront of me now, exactly the sme as yours and they do exactly the same.

Trumpets look nice.

Why only 1 vacuum take-off for the brake servo?
 
Cheers, ordered some new bolts, Craig did the brake servo liek that, not had a problem yet and it gets driven very hard!, got Brands at the end of the month so porblem will show there if its not enough!
