ITG Maxogen vs Pipercross induction kits.

  Clio RS
What's going on mates... here bothering you with a doubt I have. I've seen that some owners of the Pipercross has changed it for the ITG Maxogen. And that's my doubt, why you change it?

I have the Pipercross because I buy it from "Autodynamica" when they were bringing some products from K-Tec and it cost me 300 pounds (sorry I don't have the symbol to put pounds jeje) a bit more, I don't remember well.

But now that I see that almost evreybody has changed to the ITG I serously thinking to change the Pipercross. But is there a really huge diference? Because, I don't know if you know the money exchange type from pounds to mexican pesos ( 1 pound = 20 mexican pesos = 2 dollars)... but believe the ITG would be very expensive :dead:. So I really need to know if there's a huge diference?

Cheers and thanks for help! :D

everyone rates the maxogen because is the most expensive, thats the only reason i can see

nothing wrong with a BMC CDA (half the price) or a viper IMO

i have the maxogen.
There is an improvement over the panel filter i had before, but in terms of cost, i wouldnt say it has been worth it yet.

I think you can only say its worth it if you have the rest done as well... exhaust, decat, inlets and a custom remap to tie it all together. If you are planning on doing all that, and you have spare cash, then try one.

Even then though, i wouldnt like to say its definately worth the extra cash over a viper or BMC CDA.

apart from the build quality which is better too, the maxogen has a bigger filter than the other 2 which allows more cold air to be taken in by the engine, thus making it a better induction kit. all that said, as above unless your planning to do, exhaust, decat, inlets and a custom remap i wouldn't bother, but if you are, go for it there great....
