at my work (Motor World) we got some JBL GT3 12" 450W Subs at the bargain price of.....


£49.99 !!!

so if anyone is lookin for a sub an doesnt wanna spend the earth, this is a bargain, 2 people i know have em in there Clios an they sound mint

if anyone is after a REALLY cheap sub, we have some yellow SPLs for £11.99 in 10" and 12"

ok they might not be up to much but im sure for £12 there pretty decent

What sort of amp would be needed for that £50 sub? Got any cheap ones as i want a cheap setup.

if your after a cheap one, we do an SPL one for £80 thats 2x225W or 1x450W

i got the GT3-12 runnin of the SPLx450. dont sound bad but it dont sound brill either, think the sub needs a bit more power than the SPLx amp can provide

jus to let you know we have got some JBL 15" subs in today, think there a bit more, and some JBL amps that are £150 which are perfect for the sub....

in fact its highly likely ill be buyin one of each for myself in the coming weeks

we also got in some new Sony amps, and quite a few of those 5 sided subs....not sure on the prices of those yet though....
