No Renaults! :(
Hello all!
My wife and I are both long-time Renault fans, with her having owned a 1998 1.2 Clio Biarritz as her first car, then a 1.6 16V Monaco Megane Coupe, and me having owned a Clio R27 a few years ago.
I replaced the R27 with a Mercedes SL350, which I still have, but for a few years we were Renaultless!
As a result I recently bought a 2001 Clio 172 in Monaco. It's completely stock and I think it's going to stay largely that way. I've already sorted the cam and aux belts and replaced the plugs and HT leads. Next I want to fix the moth-eaten thumb grips on the steering wheel and wait for the roads to dry up to see what the handling is like in better conditions.
Cheers ears!
