Clio 197
I have had the car for almost a year now so I fort I best start a progress thread, as my 197 has changed quite a lot from when I first picked it up.She had full service history 1 previous owner with just 33k on the clock.
This is how she stood when I got her.
And after her first clean
I was over the moon with my purchase, the previouse owner had already lowerd the 197 on h&rs and fitted a 200 diffuser with carbon end tips.
I said I would not be making any changes, until I joined this forum and started to see things I could do to improve the look of the car.
So I started with the cup spoiler and a areo front splitter.
I only took a couple of pictures.
I fort they improved the car massively but there was somthing missing, so I order a set of side skirts off Karl
So after the side skirts were fitted I was really happy with the car so just let my self enjoy
Then a Ktec exhaust with decat came up for sale at a very good price so I took the plunge he also chucked a set of hekko wind deflectors in.
When the exhaust arrived i went stright to a local renault specialist js services and got it fitted.
my god it's loud aha. It crackles and pops puts a massive smile on my face.
So this is how she looks mileage is currently on 38k,
No yellow mirrors, h&rs 25mil all round spacers and a set of speedlines.
These are the only pictures I have in a run down car park.
That is it up till now I picked the car up from mick a diamond motors saturday after having the timing belt,water pump and aux belt kit supplied and fitted, I also had a major service including brake fluid,gearbox oil, spark plugs,
And the rear and front axle brake set up striped cleaned and serviced.
I can't praise the bloke enought he gave me a great service I would highly recommend him and I will be taking my car there all the time in the future.
