Cheers, well the SMG takes a little bit of practice.... best not the view it as an auto but treat it like a manual without out clutch pedal if that makes sense.

In auto, lifting off the acc pedel seems to prompt a gear change earlier/smoother and in manual mode if you are just cruising about lifting off a little makes it very smooth.

When your going for it though in one of the higher gearbox settings you can just plant it.

Love the steeringwheel paddles and blips on down changes. Makes you feel like youve just spent 100k on some italian rocket.
