lol i know i thinnk i haave decided on the fun car now i just need a cheap workhorse and i think a clio will fit that role quite well aslong as it has aircon !!

they arnt the fastest around but it has 101bhp and weighs in at 852kg so its nippy but just puts a huge smile on your face i know its not everyones cup of tea but its a bit of a hoot

oh and they can bee remapped upto about 125 ish

The 80s are quite sort after and fetch good money. If your looking cheaper, then it will need to be a 65, but then with air con that will be a challenge.

I am in the same boat as you mate - looking for a clio DCi atm.

There doesn't seem to be any around anywhere. The dealer couldn't find me the Mk2 Ph2 type anywhere within 100 miles radius he reckoned.

He said wait till first couple of weeks of march as people upgrade to the the new plate cars and therefore many older cars flood the market (not sure how much truth there is in that)

There a few DCi 65s about but the DCi 80 seems very rare and only seen one DCi 100 (which was 5dr) for sale.

Will just have to keep looking...

acatually regarding the gear changes they wernt that bad in full auto mode they were slower than semi and in the brabus they are faster still oh hand you can get thee speed changed with a remap
