Keeping my exhaust shiny

Exhaust was fitted about a month ago, proper bling and looks really nice. But a session at Combe turned it slightly brown from the excessive heat. Not a problem as I used some Autosol (I think that's it's name, looks like tooth paste in a black/gold tube) and it came up like new. But did two 4hour driving stints in it since and it's slightly gone brown again, not bad but it could be my OCD and me being paranoid!
What's the best way to keep it looking nice, don't really fancy taking polish to it every time I use it.
It is a stainless steel tip and that.

The polish I used worked really well, it was more of a re-protecting it as surely over polishing something will take any protection off? Or is that metal polish Finish stuff the product I am after?

+1 on the britemax stuff , it comes as a set that has "Easy cut" which is a polish and "Final Shine" which is like a sealant. Used it on mine and it works a treat.

You cant really protect it, just polish it every couple of washes. You will still be able to get it relatively shiny by simply washing after a week or so of driving.

It takes literally 2 mins tho to polish them back up with a metal polish after a wash if you keep on top of it, so I cant see your problem.

It will take you longer to brush your teeth and you have to do that twice daily.

Get some gtechniq c5 on the tips, that will make them much easier to clean, probably just with a cloth if applied properly.

It's not cheap, but it's good!

If you want just a small amount I'm sure I have some left from when I treated my wheels. I'd be willing to let that go cheap.

Does C5 work on the tips? If so I may try Collinite on mine .

IME polishing them a few times a year does help .

I have a standard exhaust and have looked into painting the exhaust. It's stealthish and reckon black would make it even less obvious and would look nice and clean
