keeps blowing fuel pump fuses :S

Car  recaro'd 172 rep
what could it be? its oryt dordlingabout at low revs but when i rev it high it cuts out as the fuse has blown. what could it be?
 
iirc f0xy had a similar issue with his, but his was popping fuses even when priming. Turned out to be a fault with the pump itself.
