Used to be with Hastings in a TF3 postcode with the car in a locked garage.
Then last October changed insurers to LV...down from £725 to £550...bargain!
Then...have just moved to a TF2 postcode with on road parking...insurance went up by £172 because it was on the road (supposedly TF2 is a better area than TF3) Just got confirmation of a garage to put the car in starting next week...they've reduced my insurance by £28!!! WTF?????
So went on Confused.com and I can get with Kwik-Fit insurance for £547...how the hell does that work?
I'm going to lose 6 months no claims, but I'm damned if I'm paying the price LV want!
Anybody else had similar? (I asked the girl in LV Callcentre if they used lube when shafting customers!)
