Kind people in the NW area

Hi, I bought some HID's for my car the other week, tried fitting them a couple of times, and failed miserably.

I'm hoping that somewhere in the NW there would be somebody willing to help me out i.e help me fit them, or possibly have the knowledge and facilty to take my front bumper off because I really don't have the tools, or a clue for that matter.

Willing to travel, and also willing to pay for the service.

Any help is appreciated. I think once I've got the bumper off fitting the things shouldn't be a problem, just incredibly difficult to access the light cluster and get my HID's secure with the bumper on.
