My carbon splitter just turned up at work. Reet sexy looking thing it is. :cool:

I've never seen one close up before tbh, they're a lot glossier than you think.

It's staying off the car until a few other bits get sorted though... it's currently covered in sh*te with no front badge, smashed front splitter and it'll be running two steel spare wheels by Saturday. Rat 182 FTL. :(

It'll all be worth it though.
 
If i don't get pics soon, i'm gonna have to crack one out to d4ves RB instead.
 
the carbon splitters are more like fibre glass if u ask me.. jst a carbon effect!!
 
Still need that steel lad? It's a brand new tyre so you'll be able to corner like Shumacher IIRC.

Was going to say that, on the back of the splitter it's just fibreglass, not 100% carbon

Got one on my 172 and for the money you can't complain, looks good

really transforms the look of the car fella although im not really sure as to how well they hold up to knocks :( i cringe everytime i see something lay in the road just incase i end up smashing another lol
 
Rumour has it he was racing and doing doughnuts in a mcdonalds car park, smashing his splitter and kerbing his wheels :quiet:

The carbon splitters do look great. A lovely subtle enhancement to the exterior of the car. I love mine. :cool:
 
I prefer the look i have at the moment tbh....

Covered in grime, bird poo and horse sh*t, with half a splitter, two smooshed wheels and chipped badges.
