knocking from rear right

Car  monaco 172
I noticed yeterday that ive got a knocking noice coming from what seems to be the rear right of the car. It does it when i go over bumps.

It sounds a bit like when a shock bottoms out but everything looks fine, the springs are 10 month old sportlines and are not damaged at all.

Id it a common issue?

Nothing in the boot.

I had a brief look and it looks like the rear right shocker may have got a bit of oil dripping down it. Is this a new shock job or a new seal and fresh oil?

I opened the boot and bounced the car up and down and the nocking was very obvious when doing that.

Exhaust mounts etc are all fine.

Can the shock bush be changed if it is this or again is this a new shock job?

Yeh I'm thinking so. Are cup packrear shocks the Same as non cup? Mine has both cup packs..

Also, cheapest place to get em? I keep seeing a guy called Adam mentioned with a phone number but no idea who or where he is based. Is he a dealer?

Unfortunately they're all different across the range, different compression rates...!

I've heard of this guy Adam, your other option is to find someone breaking a cup packed car, better to replace as a pair aswell.

Yeah theres some stuff gsf and ecp supply and it simply isn't right, although its dearer, atleast you know what your getting from Reno.
