the exhaust keeps getting better and better. just went for a blast up to goodwood (saw a trophy) and 2 and 3 gear is just mental. nice deep belowey burbles coming from the bac. just a shame bout the high pitched whistle coming from the cat after about 3500 revs, but u can still here the exhaust over that.

in stead of starting a new thread il resurect this one.

got the ultra performance sport cat fitted today at k-tec. its compleatley changed the noise of the exhaust and i love it. 2nd gear in an enclosed space ,ie. tunnel of as there a lot of em round where i live flint walls, is crazy. sounds like a compleatly diffrent car very nice noise on the motorway when crusin at 70 then turns into a wild animal if u even slightly put ur foot down.

Looks good mate, i got the supersport stealth on my 172, non silenced decat as well.
Sounds great, deep burble and then goes insane after about 4.5k revs!

its not too noisey wen u want it to. but wen giving it the beans its extreamly loud. dunno what a de cat would be like tho loud all the time i imagine. but the sport cat and supersport for me is perfect. as i say its quite quiet curzin down the motorway as long as u dont put ur foot down. il try and get some vids up today but thel be on my phone so the wont be so good.

I phoned K-Tec today and the phone was answered within 2 rings, and I got to speak to someone helpful. Their after sales seems to be good by all accounts. This is a huge plus for me.

I have just de-catted mine. It makes it sounds sooo much better! It is extremly loud though. Will get a vid up soon. Great looking system.
