KW variant 2 coilover for 182

[The 182 Steamer]

hi, just bought some KW variant 2 coilovers for my 182,

started to fit them today and the 2 bolts that hold the lower part of the suspension is wrong, the hole centres are 5mm closer togther @55mm, the bracket on the wheel carrier is 60mm.

Has anyone else come across this problem, or have renault changed the spec of suspension from the 172 and KW havn't noticed?????

I rang KW this afternoon and they dont seem to know anything about it.

yep the 182 uses a different hub to the 172

KW, H&R, FK all the German boys haven't bothered to check

We comissioned Bilstein to make them for us

Leda also do them (UK company)

Gaz also do them, but apparently they're crap

he isn't from the uk, i'm going to guess he's from Germany, hence forth my good man he needs a TUV approved suspension setup

kw want some pics of the original suspension struts that come with the 182 to sort out the problem, and before i start taking my car apart again, i was wondering if anyone has got the 182 front stuts lying about and could take some pictures, and take down any numbers on them.
