Argh this setup doesnt like me. Well new rad a pump is in, set to speed 2 out of 5 ATM and seems just fine. Plan was to start tampering for 5ghz later but one of my vertex 3 ssd has just decided it doesn't like my array anymore.

f**king computers.

Hardware, software raid.. Jesus no. The drive seems to pass h2test ok and formats fine. Bet it's another chipset qurk.

Never buy new shizzle!

Good man. Software raid is SHITE! But then again it's better than hardware raid using a crap card. Still haven't experimented with SSD's yet, think I'll save that for a rainy day.

Well if this one is indeed faulty which I'm yet to find out then it'll be my first :) OCZ have a bit of a rep for it, but I've 6 in tot over the years without failures

OCZ's support is a bit of a PITA, they are in taiwan or something - my mate sent his drive off for replacement and it was gone for weeks :( Just hoping my Agi isnt on the way out, it's failed to post properly a handful of times now.

Turns out it was an issue with the array, it was built up on a previous board so might of been that, failing that it'll be this awesomely shite chipset!

All well now, still rocking 4.9 - have had to install an additional 120mm fan on the rear of the motherboard to help cool the mofset. lol

Over the space of about 2 years probably in excess of 2.5k - 3k maybe! Had some of it for awhile, video cards I bought at launch in 2010

Few new trinkets.

Brothers machine went belly up so sold him a few bits and bought a few of my own over Christmas. EVGA 4GB Classifieds, Corsair AX1200i PSU and a 24" IPS panel from Asus.

Are right okay. What are the differences/benefits of a dual bay over single bay? Is it the amount of water held?

Thats what I thought.

I have been looking at dual pump/reservoirs and found the XSPC ones with the DDC (I think) pumps in them. Overclockers sell a "kit" for around £130 which comes with one of them and for my pusposes I thought that was reasonable.
