Leaking fluid.

Well i put a post up a few weeks ago about my GF 172 mk2, with the drivers side washer jet playing up, well since then one of the two nozzles started to work.

At the weekend it stopped all together, and one of the MFD leds has popped!

I get home to a huge puddle, looks like water, It isnt oil and the coolent level is ok. It is dripping from the centre of the car.

Now could this be the cause of the washer jet? also is it a common fault of the washer container / pipes to crack?

Is it easy to replace?

the reservoir for the washer fluid is well known to crack and drop its water.

This is just happened to my car, Just took arch liner to have look but still none the wiser. To get to the waher res do i need to take windscreen wipers off?
