Leaking rear dampers, do Renault replace under warranty?

Old question I know but i've searched and can't find much.

My dad's mate has leaking rear shocks on his 172. It is still under warranty but they have said they won't replace them. Am I correct in saying he simply needs to contact Renault UK and they will arrange with the dealer?

Any help and contact details would be much appreciated.

Contact Renault Uk leaking dampers are a full warently issue.

The dealership should sort this out then they contact Renault Uk on your behalf.
