Lift off brake noise

Car  Clio 182
Sometimes (not all the time) when I lift off the brake pedal after baking, there is a noise coming from the front offside brake. Almost a creaking noise but not quite, like a quick succession of knocks like maybe the calliper is sticking. I assumed it wasn't an ABS thing as it only happens when I'm lifting off not applying, although I recently changed my rear discs and bearing, and I have to say the ABS sensors didn't look too clever. Any ideas as to what the problem could be?

Think you have answered your own question there mate sounds like a sticking caliper.

Abs rings are utter shite on these cars usually the traction control flags up if one of these has cracked.
