Load 16v in sheffield

The other day i spotted a black valver in Sheffield. When it drove past it was the loadest valver I have heard, it was amazing.

I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to make the valver sound so load.

I have got a Pipercross induction and this valver sounded the same but about 3 times as load. It wasnt the exhaust system either so what could it be?

I am despirate to get mine sounding like this. Any ideas anyone?

u at sheff hallam mate? i am too, u want to get a full s/s, decat and an air filter. Mine growls, it vibrates the whole car when i floor it.

I was probably yours that i saw as it was near train station outside uni.

Sounded well phat.

I already got magnex full system (with cat) induction kit etc. Wanna have a look at yours if your around at all at any time.

Alright mate. Im at Sheffield Hallam too mate. Ive got a willy blue valver so I dont think it was me you saw. Mines pretty loud mate. Ive got a K and N and a decat too, with a powerflow exhaust. What you studying? Are you at city campus?

I am in uni at the city campus. I am currently in the Eric Mensforth building. so if anyones around co me in and save me from this assignment.

Didnt know so many people from the site where in sheffield.

Im in the Sheaf building mate. Was in Erics earlier! Didnt know any other students could afford to run a valver;)

Ive got my car in sheffield today mate if you fancy a look. Im parked at the B and Q near silver blades.

My cars got 17s and is willy blue. If it was dark it might have looked black maybe. Look in the gallery.

I cant!!!! last december i spent all my money in the world to my name on buying the car and since i have spent over £5500 on the valver. God knows where that money came from!!!

I am living at the uni accomodation Leadmill Point.

My car aint up here though as there is nowhere to park it up here where i can trust it wil be safe. Where do u lot have yours?

Well I live outta town with parents about 12 miles away from sheff and just drive in some days.

Where is your car then? I got mine parked in that new B and Q car park near the ice rink. Hope shes ok :(

I got mine back home in Cambridge. God i miss her.

She is untaxed, uninsured and got her standard turbine wheels on, looking sad sitting in the garage.

Cant wait till may to get driving again.

The longest we have been apart was a week and that was a killer but now i got 4 months to wait.

yeah still in erics.

I wouldnt be able to sleep at night if i did. I would be constantly worried about it. With all my money invested in it its to much of s risk.

Youve obviousely been spending far too much time on here then mate ;) thats what you do all day at work then hehe.

Seen your car before mate. Didnt know you were in sheffield though, but then i guess you werent until this year though.

Theres quite a few clios about round here. But of course mines the fastest ;) hehe. Only joking

Looks like it. If it is it is a pukka one. well good perfomance bhp for mods done.

I aint been around as i was on placement till jan so just got back.

yeah adams old one. currently off the road having some nice engine mods done. Should be ready in 2 weeks! Why not fetch ur valver up for the Rolling Road day at John Nobles in Chesterfield in March?? There is about 8 coming up to yet plus Paul if he wants to come!

its in March sometime. Check the meetings forum. Think its around £20 and is at john Nobles in Chesterfield, just down the M1 a few junctions!
