With out sounding like a div - how do you get them on the phone ? through the usb lead ? (i have only used it once for music) and have never downloaded anything.

Yeah plug it in via USB, then use windows explorer to get to the others folder in MMSMC (or something like that), basically its not in the DCIM folder.

Put the file in there, then go to that folder on your phone, when the cable is unplugged, and click install.

And hey presto.

I don't understand how to do this at all.

I've downloaded Colin McRae.
Unzipped it to a new folder in windows.
Within the folder I have:
META-INF folder
a.class
b.class
midlet.class
0.res
icon.png

Now what do I do? I've tried using windows explorer to put them on the phone.
Within this I have three folders:
DCIM
MP3
MSSEMC

Putting all the files listed above (ie the meta,class, res and png files) into the MSSEMC folder on my phone (W800) and I can't find them on the phone.

To be honest, using windows explorer only works when I have the memory card plugged in.

You don't unzip the .jar file, you transfer it to the phone as it is.

Cool thanks I got the .jar files working like Darkest Fear but Colin McRae is a windows .zip folder and the phone can't run it.

DON'T unzip!!! Re-name the .zip file to .jar file!! then transfer to phone!

It wont let me download any of the games from rapidshare, never has! Due to me being on a network. Has anyone got any of these uploaded elsewhere as my phone has no games on it and im getting bored! Hehe.

if you go into one of those 3 folders, then stick the file in the 'other' folder. once the card is back in your phone, go to file manager, other, and click install on the game u put there

www.segoodies.com is also good - they can create themes for you.. although get photoshop and theme creator and make your own!
