Location of external cable pulls for kill swith and extinguisher

Im fitting a plumbed in fire extinguisher and ellectrical kill switch to my 172 Cup:

Where have you guys drilled your holes in the bulk head for the external cable pulls and extinguisher line?

Also where have you mounted them - Pass side by wiper or Drivers side by air con?
