As for the "They wont see the cage" I was only joking lol...of course they would see a fooking full racing roll cage in my car + in white!
I want to atleast fit it first and see what its like, if it isn't working out then I'll sell on (mk2 owners at the ready!)

Yup.. cages will put insurance up - They say that it's more dangerous to have it in (FFS!!!).
(it probably does increase the price of any repairs that need to be made).
