Loose Cable in engine bay?!

Hello, i have bought a clio 172 and i seem to have a loose cable sitting on the top of my drivers side strut which is being fed up from below the headlight but can't see where it goes. It has a right angled connector and is about a couple of mill thick... any ideas? Don't know how to upload images onto this page sorry

I think that is for your flux capacitor.

Probably wrong.. But could it be the tube that takes water to the headlight squirter? Failing that is it part of the air con. Pic of the connector face might be handy

it is the acf(active carbon filter) vac pipe goes to the pipe on the o/s side of the plastic breather/vac pipe near the ignition coil
