Can anyone help please. I had a clear out of my comp and have managed to delete the audio drivers I THINK .

Since i had the clear outi cant hear anything and the little speaker control has been removed from the bottom right hand corner. Im Running xp home.

thanks all

Couldn't you just download and install the audio drivers?

Might be worth checking the device manager in control panel to see if there's still an sound device.

Try right clicking on my computer and going to manage.. then once Computer Management box opens click on device manager on the left then right click on the right at the top, should be your computer name and click scan for hardware changes..?

Sorry to hijack but i am having the same problem. I have been trying to sort it for weeks. This is what mine says the bit with the question mark (sorry for rubbish pic):

I have tried downloading the realtek software but that did nothing.
Any ideas?
