Lost control of my car in t’wet at 15mph

Turning left into a side road, as i turn in, the car understeers towards the lickle traffic island, how I missed it I have no idea, reckon its down to pure skill/raw driving talent .... should really get some new tyres...

i think you need to address some other Rim related issues 1st. but Si is right you need to be rubbered up properly to protect your rim.
