Lower Engine Mount - Powerflex Bushes - Easy To Fit?

I dont have a ramp, but could these be easily fitted from jacking the front of the car up?

Or shall i get someone to fit it for me?

My outer bushes didnt fit at all..... Powerflex never got back to me about it.

(fine on the 172/18s tho)

Returned to k-tec for a full refund
