Lowering It A Bit More On The Coileys

  Coiley'd Clio PH2
Right, today i decided to lower the car a bit more so i got all jacked up etc and wound the spring up 20mm.
Dropped it back down and to be honest it doesnt look any different, just to confirm that im nt being stupid...
To lower it i do want to be squashing the spring right?

Cheers

I'm pretty sure you don't, I was doing this on my GAZ Coilies and then realised I was winding the wrong way

To lower a car you want to let the spring extend more so that the preload is removed. Squashing the spring increases ride height
