Lowering springs

Wheres the cheapest online place to buy a good set of -50mm lowering springs for a clio 16v ?

I looked at bbperformance tuning and there £85 delivered ...is that a good price ?

is it ok to lower it 50mm ? will i get any rubbing ect . And how far will the torsion bar need to be adjusted ? or do u just adjust it until it looks level ? lol

to give u a rough guide

15s = 60mm

16s = 40mm

17s = 35mm

but ne more than 40mm then u should be gettin new shocks

im gonna be on 195 50 15s when i get it lowered , i was maybe thinking of gettin a set of the apex springs and shocks from bbpt , but im not too sure about the quality.
