Lucky escape?!

Been planning on changing my aux belt since i bought the car, was waiting till this weekend as i have a week off work incase any difficulties. Anyway took bumper, slam panel and headlight off, loosened the alternator bolt and that was it. No need to remove the wheel or jack up the engine here:). Got my dad to make up a tool and the belt was off in no time, examining the old belt showed just how close to going it was...

Unsure, it's non genuine so makes me think its been changed at some point, however the cambelt was done in January and the muppets at Hi-Q must have put the origional aux belt back on:mad: , but the car itself has just hit 57k.

The tensioner had been changed in the past 10k(according to reciepts) so i didn't do it this time, however it would probably have needed jacking up for that.
