Hi all,
Just about to change my brakes and was wondering if anyone has first hand experience using both of these pads and could point me in the right direction:
- DS2500 (£88)
- M1155 (£69)
My impression is that M1155 is more aggressive but I could be wrong?
Ideally I am after something that will last for a lap or two of the Nurburgring (next week!). The remainder of the time will be spent on the M1 as part of my daily commute (and hence why I am not buying PF97s - come winter I may not be able to clean the wheels for two weeks and can't risk the extra cost of having to re-furb wheels etc. for the sake of two fade free laps of the Nurburgring... but I still want the fade free laps!).
So - DS2500 or M1155s? And if M1155 - any issues with brake dust sticking to panels/wheels compared to DS2500? Or are these pads one and the same performance and maintenance wise?
Will be installed together with Brembo HC discs, braided lines and proper fluid.
Cheers for any feedback...
O.
