Who was in the black 182 that zoomed past me near Fareham going westbound at about 8.45?

Followed you til it started getting a bit quick for me, then I caught you up just before junction 9. I gave you a flash (oo-er) and you flashed your hazards as I turned off.

Just wondered who it was
