Driving back from Preston and some little F**KERS have throwen a egg at my car can't tell what the damage is untill day light!! Chanced the little s***s but they went through someones garden hope they brake a leg or get run over harsh but they deserve it!!!! :dapprove:

b**tards mate.someone done it to my car one day,he was on the roof of a new office block and after i'd gone past him and was waiting to pull out launched one.my nephew was in the car and got a fright!hope you washed it off right away as it doesnt mix with mate, mine ended up scratched on the roof.
turned out to be the stupid pr*ck security guard watching the building who had a bag from tesco with eggs in it so i found!he won't be doing that again anway!

I love to. but rather but a brick in there face. I've got a bad feeling that its damaged the paint work u can feel the paints scratched in a circle.
One thing that will make me feel better is that these kids will be nobs all there lifes and will end up in jail being someones b**ch. ha ha
Got some t-cut and scatch remover from old car so i'll try that. if anyone has a good way of removing light scratchs please tell me thanks.

Yeh washed it straight away.

Eggs tend to damage the paint really badly. For some reason the shells leave really deep pit marks where the egg has impacted. They are normally to deep to remove even by machine.

Hope you lucky and can sort it.

Drivers door got hit by an egg, kid that threw if got hit with the drivers door.
Washed if off straight away but it left a kind of white bruise. Was in bodyshop next day anyways, probably just polished out or something.

had this happen to me when i owned a austin metro anyway passed this car going in the opposite direction and a pr*ck in the back through an egg it hit the bonnet at about 30 mph dented the bonnet and deep scratches would have chased them but in a 1.1 metro whats the use, hope your car is ok dude and you washed it off straight away as its a nightmare to remove when dry

I had a dimma 205 that someone threw eggs at. Not only was it nasty to clean up but where the egg hit the car there was an oval of small chips where the hard shell had dug into the paint. Looked a mess afterwards and I ended up getting the bonnet and wing resprayed.

There was a story in my local paper a few months back about a lad in hospital.

It turned out that he and his mates had been throwing eggs at cars.

One car chased them and caught this lad. Four big geezers got out and kicked the crap out of him. They then drove away and were never caught.

hi people sorry for late reply cleaned the car straight away and i t-cutted it and used red wax on it so it only looks like a few scratchs to its hard to notice but that ain't the point i hope like the above what go's around comes around.

Some kid throwing a snowball at a car in Rotterdam got shot and killed a few years back as a result! Bit harsh I suppose, I guess he picked the wrong car! They never caught the guy either IIRC.
