Making an interactive webpage like Monkey Magazine?

A mate of mine wants to have a webpage which is similar to www.monkeymag.co.uk but for the pages to include a portfolio of his work (CAD) to send to prospective clients.

The creators site is www.cerosmedia.com

what are they, how do they do it, and is it easy to do?

you need someone very good at it for something like that. very expensive too!

Just have something basic, that looks professional and simple. This will look good, is easy to create and also have wont have people going on the website and finding that they cant see it as they havnt got flash installed.

best thing would be for it to be created in php or asp.net so that you dont have to constently redo the pages
