Milltek exhaust issue

Heard a scraping noise which I thought was the heatshield so got the car up on ramps, heatshield was fine, nothing unusual either so wiggled the exhaust to see this detached from the backbox.
It was still sitting perfectly in the exhaust mount which is why it wasn't so obvious at first.
Exhaust is sitting fine without it attached but will there be any long term issues? Can this be welded back on? With it being stainless steel I'm not too sure!

Don't Millteks come with a lifetime warranty? I'd be speaking to them about it.

It was on the car when I bought it in February, unfortunately no receipt for exhaust so I'm not sure!

Ah fair do's. Could be worth trying anyway? If not, I'm sure it can be welded back on. Anything is possible!
