Miss fire, only when very very heavy rain or spray :s

I'm struggling to diagnose my problem, only get a miss fire when it's either rained very very heavy and
Theres loads and loads of spray or when it's raining heavy on the motorway :/

I just got it a minute a go, but then went for a drive a bit later and it still done it only around 4k , but then just put my
Foot down through it and it went and hasn't come back its like something gets wet or damp,

But I have all arch liners and there isn't Any way it can get in the bay or anything :/

Has anyone had this :/ ??

I'm thinking it could be some wiring or something but really Don't no,

Any help or opinions would be good cheers

Proberbly a trapped lead(s) arching out with the damp... new lead set should cure

When you say trapped what do you mean ??

Erm, you've got a lead trapped/caught/stuck between the top of engine and the underside of upper inlet plenum which causes a better path to earth and/or breaks the insulation.Mick
