Mk 1 Clio Service’s HELP!

Hello can anyone who owns a MK 1 phase 1 RT please tell me whats supposed to be done on a service at about 60k miles? Can you also tell me whats the one before it aswell? Is it a major service etc?

I have left my service book down at uni, or my mum has lost it, whichever is more likely.

wqell acording to haynes every 12,000k (12,000k x 5 =60k):

Renew the air filter element

Renew the spark plugs

Check HT leads, dizzy cap and rotor arm

Perform a road test

This is all in adition to the regular 6,000k service which is:

Renew engine oil and oil filter

Check automatic transmission fluid

Check all components (not speakers:sick:), pipes and hoses for fluid leaks

Check condition and tension of auxiliary drive belts

Check the engine idle speed and mixture settings where aplicable

Check the condition of spark plugs

Check the condition and adjustment of the contact breaker points - C-Type engine

Check the ignition timing

Check the operation of the clutch

Check the condition and security of the exhaust system

Check the condition of the front brake pads and discs

Check the condition of the rear brake pads and discs

Check the body work and underbody for damage and corrosion

Check the head light beam alignment

Check the steering and suspension components for condition and security

Check the condition of the driveshaft gaiters

Check the tightness of the wheel bolts

Check the operation of the heating and air con systems.

I would also consider getting the Cambelt n tensioners done very soon as you dont want this to snap!!

Cheers, I ended up ringing Renault. They only told me to check the oil filter, air filter and spark plugs and to think about the cam belt. But that was changed last year to be on the safe side.
