mk1 phase 1 16v poly bush dog bone

right i am sick of replacing my dog bone. They keep wearing on me real quick and was wondering if any one knew where i could get a poly bush one , as i cant find any where that does one/or if they make one

I woulnd't recomend one they wear other bits.

Why is yours wearing so quickly I'd sort the problem first.

i dont no , i think the longest lasting one i have had is from reno but the gsf ones shite ! i fitted the extra mount of the 19 on there but that hasnt really helped? so i dont have a clue lol

i made a custom one out of a 106 xsi poly bush my one has been fine

Don't know if it'd be the same with the Mk1 but be very wary of the polybushed mounts.

its usually due to crappy engine mounts causing extra pressure on the gearbox stabilisers, thats what kept on doin it on my clio
