mk1 poly's for dogbone

I have tried a few different companies about poly's for the mk1 dogbone and knowone does a set, so i was going to use some universal powerflex bushes and do my own, has anyone done this??? or do you know were to get a set from??

Also a big help would be if anyone has a dogbone lying around their garage i'm looking for a diameter of the holes and a size of the bolt hole.

Ktec or hill power do a mount I'm sure.

Hillpowers uprated one is £50 I think, and has made loads of difference in mine
