Hi all.. im looking to improve the performance on my 1.4 clio rt.. cant just go and buy and 1.8 16v or a 2.0 as i lost my licence and now insurance rapes me.. so iv had to buy a 1.4 :dapprove:
Firstly how easy would it be to swap the engines? or are all the driveshafts and gearboxs different??
if its a bigish job i was thinking about doing some other things to the 1.4 engine like getting the head skimmed ported and polished bigger tb ind kit race manifold and exhaust reprofiled cam..
thought id ask what your input was on this as this is my first clio and i dont know a massive lot about them
