Mk1 Valver Aerial Help!

Just bought a shorter aerial for my mk1 ph1 off Rich_16v,

The problem is my original aerial screwd off an had its own screw but the one off Rich has no screw so it doesnt screw onto anything on the little block on the roof.

If any understood what i mean, help please?

It came off a phase 2 like mine, i didn't realise there was any difference between a phase 1 & phase 2 aerial

yes some aerials screw into the base and soem screw onto the base if thta makes sense?
