Mk2 Clio 1.6 16v air filter

Hey guys,

I have bought a k&n replacement panel filter for my car, but i cannot figure how to open up the existing airbox?
Any Ideas?

never seen the 1.6 engine mate, but with most airboxes there are clips all around the outer edge which you undo then the top comes off

you need to remove the front silencer box

then there are two screws on the box that mounts to the tb remove these and you should see the air filter
