Mk3 clio brakes

Recently just noticed on my mk3 clio that when I press the brakes whilst the engine is on for the first part of the brake movement there's an air sound? Is this something to be worried about or is it normal?

Is on mine too, only for one or two pushes then it firms right up. I never get this air noise when the car is turned on though IIRC.
