Yeah...you very rarely get the money back.
I've seen lots of people spending money on stuff which to me is useless but at the end of the day it's their cars and their choice.....whatever floats your boat as they say.
I did what has been suggested earlier with my old car....took most of the aftermarket parts off and sold them on separately and just put the OE stuff back on for sale
