morette quad wiring (mk1 clios)

hey there

i got some morettes second hand and have finally got aorund to spraying them up, but im just a little confused over the wiring!

the threepin plug goes into the three pins, nice and easy and the mainbeams work - bingo
but then, how do i connect up the dipped beam? the car gives a connector that requires two pins to go into it, and the larger lamp on the morettes has the two prongs for this. BUT the smaller lamp has two connectors also, and i can only assume that this lamp is the regular beam lamp..

any help would be greatly appreciated

Err, having fixed teh wiring on Kellys after it had been butchered by Prima to fit Morettes I wouldnt recommend fitting them.

im still gonna fit them as my car will never go back to standard again as its not worth selling

Ive got to fit mine, but I have some idea as I fitted them to my 5 turbo.

I would think that the 2 prongs on the larger lamp will go to the dipped connector. The 2 prongs on the smaller lamp will have to be spliced into the wiring for the main beam.

That may or may not work, but that will be the thing that I try first when I fit mine.

Trial and error will probably be the only way forward unless morette have a wiring guide on their website or can provide you with one.
