Moving Battery to the Boot

  GSXR 600

Hello,

As part of my turbo conversion I need to move the battery to the boot, Ive got some 135Amp cable from demon tweeks, and a battery connector for the positive, but my problem is how do I connect the existing power wires to the new cable in the engine bay where the battery used to be?

Ive got a earth strap, for the earth connection in the boot.

Any suggestions as to how to join the existing and new positive cables would be good.

cheers Tony.

You could do that and then Fuse it at the Battery end. Would be the easiest way!

go to maplins and get a distribution block, connect all of the poss wires in the engine bay to that, and then run the powercable from the boot to it, and use a braker switch on just before that battery.
