music compressing, how??

how can i fit more than 20 tracks onto a mp3 cd?? basically, how do you compress the files??

i'm using itunes at the mo, but could convert to windows media player if needed

I thought if you just copied the files to the CD rather than burning an audio disk you could fit shitloads on? Need an mp3 player though, obviously.

yeah you burn it as a data disk and not an audio, that way you can save them as mp3 and not wav files!

but a comp or an mp3 cd player is needed for playback

I use DB power amp to convert wav files to mp3.

I use Audacity to convert to a number of different formats and bitrates.
