My 2 day zetec S ownership story

After selling my ibiza I was on the look out for a nice zetec s, a red one came up which was 120 miles away, went to have a look put down a deposit and St3ve very kindly took me down on Saturday to pick it up which was a right laugh.

When It was picked up



Home and a nice clean



Monday morning came and packed up ready for a holiday up in Filey

We set off no problems at all took it at a steady 60 on the motorway just enjoying the weather and sights



Went past what I guess was something to do with cliosport ? if anyone was wondering why we took a pic it was to post on here

about 20 mins up the road, BANG

stopped in traffic, next thing I know a car comes into the back of us, no skid marks or screeching noises so our guess is he wasnt watching and didnt break, and it was a 50 limit. the car hit us then shunted us into the back of the car infront.



Got recovered to the nearest train station which was York then had to get the train back, 7 hours later after the incident we got back to blackpool, with an upset girlfriend and a ruined holiday, what a day lol



There we go, I waited for about 3/4 weeks to find a nice one and it lasted 2 days

Im hoping its a write off, I dont really want it back now, engine will tick over but wont start, Steering was knackered, It was leaking something from somewhere so fingers crossed

hey mate thats bad..... What ive always wondered is, do the car that you have gone into the front of claim off the person that hit you? They are really nice cars too and I was thinking of something similar as my next car - hope your alright though thats the main thing

Feel for you mate.

Strangely enough that's identical to my mates old Fiesta ZS which also seemed to be cursed, got nearly written off when it was 2 weeks old, then a deer destroyed the front end a few months later, then about a year after that it was in a pile up and finally got written off.

Im not too sure how it works myself if im honest I just know that somehow it will all get to the person that hit us. They're cracking little cars I loved it I well reccomend getting one. We're both okay thank you just sore haha

yeah mate I'm ok tah! Tell you what I bet your glad you wernt in a Clio at that point, would of crushed like a can. How much is you costing you mate to keep it at that garage in Yorkshire? Really hope you get it sorted sooner rather than later matey.
